I changed our website redesign process to include content work:
Changed how we do content audits to use SEO and analytics data to make content recommendations based on data.
Piloted rewriting core pages to improve UX and SEO. For one client, we increased organic search traffic 145% compared to the last year.
Piloted a content-first homepage redesign.
For one client, this combined content work resulted in a 34% increase in revenue from organic traffic and a 147% increase in email sign ups and key actions.
